surveys, gift cards, reputation management, social media marketing and other
digital services to communicate with their customers (Contacts). We collect
data from Client’s Point of Sale systems, and online surveys to facilitate
personalized and meaningful communication to our Client’s loyalty members (user,
you or your). This communication is delivered by email and/or text messages and
includes promotional offers, informational communication such as loyalty
points, gift card and stored value accounting, and other communication required
to facilitate our Client’s loyalty program. We respect the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This

mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please

such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, and demographic
information, such as your age. gender, and interests, that you voluntarily give
to us when you choose to participate in a Client’s loyalty program. This
includes the date, time, amount spent, and offers used when making a purchase from
a Client as a member of their loyalty program. You are under no obligation to
provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so
may prevent you from using certain features of the Client’s loyalty program. Derivative Data
Information we collect when you
access a Client’s site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your
operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly
before and after accessing the Site. If you are using our mobile application,
this information may also include your device name and type, your operating
system, your phone number, and other interactions with the application and
other users via server log files, as well as any other information you choose
