Loyalty Lock Inc. dba DRYVER (“we” or “us” or “our”) is an online digital marketing service provider headquartered in the state of Nevada, USA. Our service enables our Clients to facilitate loyalty, email, surveys, gift cards, reputation management, social media marketing and other digital services to communicate with their customers (Contacts). We collect data from Client’s Point of Sale systems, and online surveys to facilitate personalized and meaningful communication to our Client’s loyalty members (user, you or your). This communication is delivered by email and/or text messages and includes promotional offers, informational communication such as loyalty points, gift card and stored value accounting, and other communication required to facilitate our Client’s loyalty program.

We respect the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.getdryver.com and our mobile application, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. This section applies to the information we process for our Client’s Contacts as a data controller. Our Service is intended for use by our Clients. As a result, the Personal Information we collect and process about Contacts through the Service, we act as a processor on behalf of our Members. Repeat Returns is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our Clients, which may differ from those set forth in this privacy policy. Please check with individual Clients about the policies they have in place. 

COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect includes:

Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, and demographic information, such as your age. gender, and interests, that you voluntarily give to us when you choose to participate in a Client’s loyalty program. This includes the date, time, amount spent, and offers used when making a purchase from a Client as a member of their loyalty program. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Client’s loyalty program.

Derivative Data

Information we collect when you access a Client’s site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site. If you are using our mobile application, this information may also include your device name and type, your operating system, your phone number, and other interactions with the application and other users via server log files, as well as any other information you choose to provide.

Facebook Permissions 

The Site [and our mobile application] may by default access your Facebook basic account information, including your name, email, gender, birthday, current city, and profile picture URL, as well as other information that you choose to make public. We may also request access to other permissions related to your account, such as friends, checkins, and likes, and you may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission. We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services.      Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS messages, social media accounts, storage, and other features.      Mobile Device Data. We may collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.

     Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Having accurate information about you permits our Client to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site or our mobile application to:

     Administer a loyalty program.

     Administer gift cards.

     Administer promotions, and contests.

     Assist law enforcement and respond to subpoena.

     Perform statistical data and analysis to improve the service.

     Create and manage your account.

     Deliver targeted advertising, coupons, newsletters, and other information regarding promotions and the loyalty program to you.

     Email you regarding your account or order.

     Notify you of updates to the loyalty program.

     Perform other business activities as needed.

     Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.

     Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.

When offering services to its Clients, DRYVER acts as a “service provider” under the CCPA and our receipt and collection of any consumer Personal Information is completed on behalf of our Clients in order for us to provide the Service. Please direct any requests for access or deletion of your Personal Information under the CCPA to the Client with whom you have the loyalty program relationship.

Consistent with California law, if you choose to exercise your applicable CCPA rights, our Client may not charge you different prices or provide you a different quality of the loyalty service. Any financial or reward incentive that is contingent upon you providing your Personal Information, is done so because you believe the benefits to you are reasonably related to the value of the Personal Information that you provide to Client.
